Travel Agent Training Season in Full Swing!

Late summer and fall are the travel agent training seasons - many conferences and events to attend. These events help me serve you better by keeping up with all of the latest industry news and trends.
This week I am at the 2012 American Express Retail Network Forum in San Antonio at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort. As an American Express Travel Services Representative it is important I keep up with all of the programs and benefits to turn your vacation in to an extraordinary vacation experience. I will be providing updates from this conference as the event continues!
In September I attended MLT University in Minneapolis. MLT is the provider for United Vacations, Delta Vacations, AeroMexico Vacations, Air France Holidays, and Alitalia Vacations. This annual event provides updated program information as well as destination training and resort training. I attended approximately 20 different classes plus networked with resort representatives at the daily trade show. What did this mean for you? I have special promotions for a variety of destinations and resorts! I love being able to provide you with the best values possible for your vacation experience!
In August, I participated in an exclusive Cruise Planners / Sandals training event where we toured every Sandals and Beaches property in Jamaica. I also took the opportunity to add a couple of extra days to the trip and tour 3 additional resorts.
I place a high priority on my continuing education. The more I learn, the more places I vist, the better service I can provide you.
